Child Care Center of Evanston Enrollment

The first step in the enrollment process is to arrange for a tour of the Center. Please email Ms. Bettye Cohns cohnsb@childcarecenterofevanston.org for an appointment. Tours are offered throughout the week in the early mornings and in the afternoons.

After you have toured and you feel that the Center is a good fit for your family:

• Complete the  Pre-Enrollment Form 
• Have a current Illinois Physical Exam  IL444-4737_Physical_Exam_form.pdf (59 KB) form with completed health history and immunizations - you can request your pediatrician to complete this form and fax it to us at 847-869-2687
• Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate
• First week's tuition used for the last tuition payment when child leaves the Center
• Complete your IDHS paperwork and furnish required documentation
  

You will be given an enrollment packet with registration forms and a Child Care Center Handbook. These enrollment forms should be completed and returned on or before your child's start date.

Your child's first day of school will be a half day in the classroom with a parent. This will help your child acclimate to his/her new environment and to build a relationship between the parent and teacher.

Tuition and Fees

Child Care Center of Evanston Tuition Rates for September 1 to August 15, 2012
Full Time Care Only - Full Fee
Children under Three $255.00/week
Children Three to Five $235.00/week

Should you require care from 5:30 - 6:00pm the cost is $10.00/week
Late fees are $1.00/minute

Limited Tuition assistance programs are available. We would be happy to review these with you to determine eligibility as well as assist you in completing the necessary paperwork.
