Enrollment

The Child Care Center enrolls children throughout the year who are 2- 5 years old; toilet training is not a requirement. Family Child Care Connections enrolls children six weeks to three years of age.

We welcome children of any race, religion, color and national or ethnic origin.

For the enrollment process you will need to submit:

• Your child's current medical examination form; completed health history form and immunizations
• Copy of your child's birth certificate
• First week's tuition
• IDHS documentation if applicable
